These wings taste great and are likely the healthiest way to make wings for yourself and the family.
They are boiled for a few minutes to start, and this helps eliminate some of the fat, and makes them crispy in the oven. Make and enjoy these family favourites.
Perfect Chicken Wings (baked)
- Frozen Chicken Wings
- Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder
- Favourite Sauces
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Bring a large pot of half water half chicken broth to boiling. Boil the wings 5 minutes, remove and strain
Season the wings with your favorite DRY seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.
Bake wings on a sheet pan for 20 minutes, then turn wings over and cook the other side for another 20 minutes.
Remove to a large bowl and toss in your favorite sauce.
Our family favourites are hot BBQ (combine hot sauce and BBQ sauce), and Lemon Pepper (drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Lemon Pepper to taste)
Serve while hot
