This is a family favourite, easy to make and should be on every dude’s list of go to’s. Eat it with rice and enjoy.
Mongolian Beef with Broccoli
- 2 lb Blade Roast - sliced thin
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
- 1/3 Green Onion
- 1/3 cup Black Bean Sauce
- 1 tsp Ground Chilli and Garlic in oil (buy at an Asian store)
- 1 lrg Bunch of Broccoli - cut and cleaned
Add slice beef and corn starch to large free bag - shake to coat thoroughly
Add all other ingredients to freezer bag (except broccoli)
Cook in slow cooker immediately, or freeze and cook on another day
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.
Add the broccoli for the last hour.
